The Victorian house with its charming gingerbread trim next door to mine had been retrofitted in the 1950s and was raised a few feet off the ground (to create a lean-over cellar for additional storage space).

All one needs to do is buy the  list with 1-1-1900 to today as last sale date and suppress against that a list without the sale date as a filter.
