@Leonard Nester Hello,  If you are looking to wholesale properties and need a proof of funds letter then it sounds like you are shopping deals off the MLS.

Once he learns of your preferential treatment (via gifts) of some tenants over him, how would you explain to Deadbeat Danny that you value Sugar Sally's tenancy over his own? 

I am very familiar with Palm Bay but as @Danny Simard mentioned, we need some more info on what you are looking at and trying to accomplish
