Located in booming San Antonio, TX area near Shopping Malls, Theme Park, Restaurants, Medical Center, plenty of stores in great neighborhood.

There will be no time to meet a contractor, insurance agent, shop at the big box, lay a tile floor, etc. 

I get it, "well if you have it you use it" or "well no body is going to hand you money" but, there's thousands of books out there on how or why you should use others money to gain freedom and profit, which quite a few of them are books produced by bigger pockets. 

You better bank shop before you get too excited and get your ducks in a row .banks want to give loans out on 100k houses and have minimum requirements especially on fixer uppers in c class areas of the Midwest

Last meeting was small, but fun to talk a little shop. 

While there is some good stuff out there, BP is easily your one stop shop.

At my age, my physical body is becoming more limited.

I also have friends that own all manner of other small business that create a very nice living for them.Subway sandwich shops    Take and Bake pizza   Five Guys  Janitorial ( one buddy of mine from Napa owns a huge Janitorial concern in the north bay and just kills it.. another is in Vineyard management  with over 1000 employees he is raking 5k bucks an hour off of .. and lives in a 5 million dollar home over looking Silverado CC and he came from Mexico as a barber.. you have to love America.. 

I'm shopping for a new commercial insurance carrier for this.

Another building in the neighborhood (same style & plan) is listed for $300,000.The neighborhood is near a new stadium (Atlanta Braves), several employers and shopping/restaurants, but is just outside the city proper.Thank you so much for all your advice/help!
