@Ryan Anderson I've actually looked at TC on and off for the past few years and actually missed out on a deal a few years ago.

I have decided to stay "local"  You can do a lot of research yourself in the central indiana area -- if you are not finding what you want in Indianapolis, there is plenty in the surrounding areas that are driving distance - Terre Haute, Anderson, Shelbyville, etc.,  Let me know if you want to grab coffee and discuss.
