Destin vs. Orange Beach /Gulf Shores AL

All I'm considering getting a second home with rental options.

Whats your opinion on the differences between the short term rental market for Destin vs the Orange Beach / Gulf Shores AL area?

Most of us investor types don't have a line item for making the wife and kids happy on our investment calculators and spreadsheets! I suspect yours will and it should and will rank heavily. Sounds like it's Gulf Shores then and i'm sure you will not only do well there but your family will enjoy making memories!
