The total cost of rehab for this project was just under $16,000. major rehab break down:-unfinished attic was broken into 2 large bedrooms - new attic window to meet egress-upgrade electrical -carpet second and third floor-laminate flooring kitchen/bathrooms-created a new bathroom on first floor.

As soon as we bought it, we did a few minor upgrades and replaced AC (unexpected expense).Within a year of being there she had our first kid and got pregnant again shortly after that.

The outside a/c unit has been cut off and stolen, so new a/c install and external paint and windows to replace the broken ones that have plywood over.

If so, and they pull a permit for the work then the septic system will more than likely need to be upgraded(or not) depending on the requirements for your city/state.
