I went to a no name school for undergrad doing a liberal arts major and could not even get interviews.

He was advertising only one of his properties and come to find out he had many more.I found the "jackpot" with this guy.

I often hear people complain about the taxes and regulation in Urbana, where I personally invest, but those to me are able to be priced in for a particular demographic (ie liberal/progressive professionals) that finds the city very appealing. 

Are you a Liberal lover liking the rain?

The more liberal the city, the more landlord unfriendly they are (and, ironically, the worse they are for cash flow).

He has accomplished a lot by being true to his instincts and making the most of his skills, and having that example in front of me has been quite liberating, I think.
