These will give you both the metrics for assisting other investors and help you start the journey for yourself.If this is your focus, develop a list of questions you can ask brokers when you interview them. 

I tend to lean toward that there's more of a investment 'style' match that seem to work best, meaning not every property manager might be great for every investor and stylistically its best to interview a few. 

You're the one left explaining to someone paying $1000 night why your cleaners didn't show up, or interviewing bachelors who want to have the final blowout in your $1mil house, or trying to figure out if the new college grads wanting to rent your place will have a 1000 person rave in it...and you're left cleaning up the beer cans left over.

I say reportedly because, ironically, though I interviewed the founder on my podcast, I am not allowed to visit there since I raise money for my fund.

When interviewing them be sure you connect with one that is actively working with other investors (especially out-of-state ones) and that they have experience with rentals, flips, or any other specific exit strategy your wanting to focus on.

Make sure to do extensive interviews on your RE team wherever you decide to invest.
