Finding a good opportunity is the hard part and so why should we so easily walk away without exhausting all available options first.  

They did not run the duct outside for the dryer, they just let it exhaust into the kitchen which created the perfect environment for mold.

However, with hefty HOA fees and high interest rates, my housing allowance will be exhausted and maybe even exceeded.
