The entire south eastern coast of Florida is ripe for gentrification and equity build as the WFH culture begins to get more engrained in American work and people move down to Florida. 

I foolishly felt peer pressure that this second college wasn’t good enough and transferred to a “hoity toity” private Eastern University that 25 years ago cost almost $50,000 a year.

Hey there, if you're in boston then I would recommend looking into the RI market - Providence, East Providence, North Providence, Woonsocket, etc - and there are a couple places in eastern CT that could work well also.
