Listingai.co and a number of competitors offer something very similar.This is a pain point for some agents and I personally can list 100 things I'd rather do than think of a property description haha!

Success in this market depends on where you are looking, what skills you bring to the table, what competitors in the area are doing, etc. 

If a competitor wants something similar, they would need to build it.

My methods don't just make me serious money, but it also gets my competitors destroyed!
