Does anyone know a Stessa Alternative?

Stessa is great, don't get me wrong!

But, it isn't great from a customization perspective. There are a couple of reports I'd like to run,  like break-even occupancy. What percent occupancy will the property break even on?

Does anyone know of a Stessa competitor? I did some looking and can't find anything

Check out Zibo. It’s fairly new. Not sure if it has the level of customization you’re looking for yet, but the platform looks promising.
