Also check the number on any property if STR no longer works out because of regulations or competition.

I think when one is starting out, you want to go lower than competition, but not so low that you attract the wrong crowd, so that you can build momentum and reviews.  

I sold 2-3 this month and just came up with it maybe a month ago it's our most popular floorplan. currently most are in columbus oh but Florida is so much interest it's easy to expand to and very little competition in the space. don't buy existing. 

This benefits today’s buyers, because there is less competition for the current supply of houses in the market and it puts you into a better position to get the house that you like and want.
