My name is Will and I am new to the community as well as new to real estate investment.  I am ready to make some changes that will be beneficial to me in my financial future.  I want to get into multifamily structures in FL and in TN.  I am torn between buying old duplexes or doing new build duplexes.  I want to know the process to get started on building 3/2 duplexes. I want to also know contractors that and designers that can help me getting going with a project,
