If we actually do get to that point those folks are REALLY going to learn a whole new definition of "struggling".people actually get it wrong. we are strong because our fundamental economy is so great in such a way that the conservative way of thinking thinks it's not good. the inflation, the strong demand for traveling, the high price of flying is an indication of a very strong economy.it's just people getting it wrong because some conservative ruler above the cloud out there thinks it's not good. but we are in economic expansion mode. big tech about to take a big dump. twitter laying off a ton, meta is about to give folks a bunch of pink slips. not really sure wth you're talking about there with you "conservative ruler" stuff there, Carlos. credit card balances are thru the roof (just look at CC earning calls). things only appear fine, but we're def headed for some kind of slow down, if not outright recession. i'll be glad to be proven wrong on this one.

This monthly payment came in slightly lower than the CC‘s monthly payment and was okayed by the lender.Final numbers on the deal:Asking price: $350KPurchase price: $345K w/ $20K in seller concessions.Appraised at $410K3.5% down - closing costs put us in just under $19K total including the home inspection and appraisal fees.Based on the current market the ARV on this property is in the ball park of $700-$800k.We are looking to reach out to local banks in order to tap in to the 65k of equity to fund part of the the renovations but I think to really bring up the value of the home we may need to borrow more to make this place a real show stopper as a short/mid term rental.

They charge a maximum of $2.00 for ACH (bank draft) rent payments and a 1.75% (I think) of the payment amount for CC use.

I called few CC companies last month and they declined to transfer money to bank account (they do balance transfer only for other CC companies).

Bank of America has tiered rewards (cash back) on cc putchases if your keeping your savings in their accounts so you get more back if you're saving to down payment an investment on the things you already buy.
