I've only browsed anonymously for a couple months and yet I've feel like I've learned years worth of knowledge, and the best part is, there still A LOT more I have to learn. 

Plenty of hyper-anonymous nickel a day financial bloggers out there recommending credit card cattle travel hacks with creepy Ewok profile pics and no name already.

As a professional I have formed in many state, but I don't see any advantage to not filing in Texas with an anonymous Trust listed as the owner.

I found out after the fact that the flipping company did not pull any permits, nor did they rezone the property into multifamily.I called the city (anonymously) and danced around the questions.  

I have an ad running on CL using their anonymous email reply system and after receiving multiple emails from the same interested people (seemingly ignoring my responses) I realized that my responses back to them aren't going through.

And you MIGHT be able to talk a PM into showing you an anonymous "2016 actual" for what they deem a similar property.

Very anonymous, but can be a little imposing (if parked properly).The number of comments it gets from contractors is quite amazing, and the number of times a contractor has verbally mentioned the truck and then reduced a quote because of it is also quite amazing.

It can help to isolate your other properties or investments from being brought into the suit; but, that is only if you follow all the strict "arms length rules, IRS rules, state, and local rules, and on and on.  2nd a standard LLC does not provide anonymity.  

The operating company takes on all of the liability that would otherwise blow back on you including: paying property management, paying contractors, collecting rent, marketing, etc.5th pillar is owning everything anonymously.
