I’m a former Army officer, so I neither make nor entertain excuses.

The law protects members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard, including members of the National Guard, as they enter military service (active duty), as well as commissioned officers of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration engaged in active service.

I do a lot of investing in the Scottsdale area, I just sold one property off of Hayden and Roosevelt and another property just went up for sale near the Hayden and Indian School area.  

Currently a Army Officer stationed near Richmond, VA.

However, toll on health and time the Army demands is making that retirement paycheck seem less and less appealing.  

I started a business under the name TroopTrades (fits well since I'm in the Army Reserve).

A 3/1 ARM is fixed for 3 years and then adjusts annually.  

I am looking to invest there  once I retire from the Army - used to live there years ago, some family in the area.

I was born in Chicopee and worked at the Bulk Mail Center in Indian Orchard for 26 yrs. 

Prior to law school I was an Army Ranger and prior to that I studied philosophy at VCU.
