New Member Moving to North Carolina

Hey all,

I have been reading on this for a little bit now but decided to finally introduce myself. I'm originally from upstate New York and have traveled for work a little bit over the last few years living in Pennsylvania and currently Massachusetts. However, I'm moving to North Carolina at the end of May. 

I've always been intrigued by real estate and would love to get more involved in it. I'm a accountant by trade, most recently running finance departments for various arenas. I would love to meet up with some local people that share the passion for real estate once I get down there and start to get a feel for the market. Also, would love to transition into some sort of related real estate field possibly with a CPA firm that does a lot with real estate investors.
