Lookout, Oakley, Columbia Tusculum, and some other areas might lend themselves to grad students better than the "CUF" area.

I moved to Columbia last year for a new job but we still own a rental home in Summerville and have family living there.

Our city sits on the Columbia which powers several dams providing us with the countries cheapest power.
