I think that @Ian Ippolito is right on point: don't actively manage the money/the investments yourself if you want to stay close with your siblings.

@Ian Walsh I would love to invest in my local market for many reasons.

Even with an increase risk in coastal areas, the 3-5x multiplier in performance with maybe a 10-15% risk increase Ian completely justified.
