Submetering in Denver
I just purchased my 1st home in Denver and am mid-renovation (it's been a brutal one). I will have 3 units and I will be living in 1 of them. As I prepare for tenants, I'm starting to think about utilities. Can anyone provide some suggestions on sub-metering? I couldn't find any readily available services for small properties (mine is technically a "house hack" because my property is a SF residence with a mother in law suite and a separate carriage house. i'm small potatoes to bigger companies), so I'll need to install my own water and electrical submeters. any suggestions? i was just looking at Bluebot, and that looked simple enough for water. Any other favorites of BP investors? All tips and recommendations are gratefully appreciated.
i'm new at all of this. like seriously, i was youtubing how to change out drill heads on my ryobi when i closed on this house. so i apologize for my ignorance. this whole process has been a humorously violent exercise in humility🤣
