I live in a international luxury market and because of the strong dollar, a big run up in property values over the past four years and a ton of new construction we are going through a shift in the market where sellers still have not gotten realistic on the value of their condo.

Like it has already been said and as I say myself, you can't buy every property on the market anyways, so there's not much point in being ultra competitive.

And there are others who may be more likely to take a bath on vacation when they might not regularly because they don't have the luxury of time before work.

And it makes the tub look more luxurious, because marble looks nice.

As folks move out I'd like to replace with at least luxury laminate that looks like hardwood.

Sold his house for over a Million dollars and bought a mansion in Colleville for half the price.. don't you love it!!!

If luxury rentals works, work with people renting luxury rentals.

The condo is on a luxurious apartment complex with marina access, dock access, pools etc.
