I use autopilot riches and like it a lot, right now we're working on some cool stuff to auto opt leads into our autoresponder/broadcast lists as soon as the visitor goes hits the button on the squeeze page.Look into your auto-mail provider and see if they have a broadcast (single email blast) feature, this can allow you to personalize the email with their name, avoid botching your isp, and takes the hassle out of using bcc and maintaining your list the old fashion way/less effecient way.

Before the downfall, I think the casinos were in a constant race of building the biggest (and most expensive) place to attract new visitors and as a result became massively overleveraged so when things slowed down, they got caught.

Your plan to buy a property to live in with the hopes of a profit on a flip has several issues. 1. if you do not realize a quick turn around you are now living in a rental property that may not be suitable for a family and may prove difficult to rent at a reasonable profit or any profit at all.my advice is to keep your investment properties just that investment and make your home one that you can enjoy and will be suitable for the family that may be here before you had planned.this from a 62 father of 3 girls under the age of 7 recovering from realestate that was purchased in my home town and has lost value and cannot be rented profitably .

This won't take care of the visitors, but it will give you grounds to talk to them about the extra water they are using.Or....you could install low flow toilets, showerheads & aerators on your faucets and save on your basic bills!
