New to RE Investing and a Welcoming Hello

Hi All,

I recently found this site, and have been heavily looking into Real Estate investing (mainly Bird Dogging / Wholesaling until capital levels increase to a more suitable levels).

I'm in the Bay Area (Solano County) and would love to meet new people within this industry. I initially am starting out as a part time investor and depending on long term cash flow will depend if I take it to the "next step".

Are there good resources / recommended resources for REI networking in local markets for possible mentoring?

I look forward to learning, and involving myself in the REI community, until I find if it's my base or what I really want to do.
