I then tried putting 'Wrigley' in the keyword and got one.I was hoping there was a way to get a count of properties sold in an area by a particular Realtor.I did end up hooking up with somebody that seems really sharp, by doing the obvious: calling signs in the area :)

They more than likely are getting less (or no) cashflow because sharp increase in property taxes are eating into their margins.

Partner with those whose strengths offset your own areas of weakness and vice versa.You sound like a sharp guy so Im sure that once you think thru the possibilities and upside of partnering on some flips and holding the cream of the crop, lights will go off.

I know a sharp realtor, but I have not asked her what her expertise is with investment properties, or whether I should even enlist her help here, if there are better avenues?
