You posted this thread, so you have already started.Just like @Jonathan Greene mentioned, don't chase the quickest and easiest method to wealth.

I do believe that it is different for everyone depending on their goals, needs and the quality of the services provided.Do you have any other insights on what you do for your clients or if there is a part of your core service that you think is most valuable in your offering? 

Interestingly, to me at least, the 4-week T-bills didn't fall much in the last week or so while longer-term bills did.Just hang your cash in a HYSA, rotate into buying BDCs before ex-div date, rotate back to HYSA and dropping into smashed mega-cap equities and quality cash-flowing small caps.

Others employ a BRRRR method or do wholesale deals/flips to have cash to invest long term. 

But there is virtually nothing for a fix and flip type borrower or a BRRR method borrower.

I have been a global business developer in the world of construction equipment for the first half of my life's career and have watched Kubota take over the global excavator market country by country since the 90s against a field of 30+ competing brands by offering a product that costs 5% less, has a slightly better initial quality and about similar performance.

Could it be interpreted that way, arguably yes.But if you're going to challenge a law's constitutionality, the reference I provided is perhaps the most common method.

I would get a water quality test though, included in your home inspection.

Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?
