I appreciate everyone's insight on the matter and ultimately, I wanted to just get people's perspectives on the subject and hear their side of it, whether or not they had good tenants or bad tenants, these are the things that I needed to know, so thank you.I am going to further my knowledge and try to figure out how exactly I need to tackle my first house and investment, so if anyone has any further insight on the subject I would love to hear your story and get a better grasp at what are some of the ways you invested in your first house.
