Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am.

Assuming that the MLS just doesn't like Safari, I downloaded Chrome and had the same issue.

@Mario Furmanczyk download a copy of the landlord tenant laws in your state, this will give you direction on how to pay out the interest and how long you have to make disbursements for the security deposits i.e. 15 days, 30 days etc....

So TODAY download FLA Landlord Tenant laws.. 

I then use my local library to download free audiobooks.

You can download a free template onlineOther free websites I haven't used.Avail.co This is another free website that I learned about this week listening to a podcast (may have been a BP podcast).

Do you know if there are any good sample contracts for download on BP?

They can be downloaded in Excel and you can print them out yourself and send or a any of the several sites that do Yellow Letters or postcards.
