I'm about to start my marketing for motivated sellers but I feel that I should have a good contract hammered down in case I get a potential lead. Any suggestions on how to obtain one or who to go to? Im from Morris county NJ.

Thomas Wassmann so far I have a targeted list of absentee owners in my local area and I plan to send yellow letters and follow ups. And yes I have seen the download section but I wasn't sure if those contracts were too vague or outdated. Will they work with most title companies in NJ?
