If an investor has the time, knowledge, capital and experience to be an active property investor then there are a number of strategies , that, depending on the economic market can be used to accelerate wealth building.  

Hi Lenders, currently in the market for a cash flow management tool to help organize payoffs and broker commissions to get a better understanding of how many more loans I can fund on a given month.

I suppose something more turn-key could be a good option, but haven't come across many viable options there yet.Anyways, we still have a lot more to learn and still need to familiarize ourselves with the area/market, but just wanted to pop in to say hi! 

-Juan PabloNo clue about your program so no judgement there.. although reading from the posts on this thread.. and given the white hot market for MF the idea that folks that need credit repair or to get cash through credit cards are going to be financially viable to buy MF is   well not sure what that is other than some may say a pipe dream..

I am currently in the market to purchase a tri-plex with the plan to live in one unit, make upgrades, and rent the other two out.

But my suggestion for future listings.Look at days on market in the area that you are going to list.
