@Lawrence Snipe, that's sort of like asking if red is a good color. 

Try to get a best guess of what the current appraisal would be and the ARV .. without these, you may be throwing darts in the dark.

I will say, most cabins are on well water, which can be tricky - the water can be very mineral-y and, depending on the well and conditions, can have an odor (sulfur) or some color.  

And if it goes dark, seems like it'd be very difficult to get a replacement tenant on a very customized building.3.

If it is in the house it is usually a white colored  mold.

Type the address into Trulia and look at the crime heat map.... if it's dark blue, which I'm guessing it is, then I would consider it a D neighborhood and I wouldn't buy it.

Choosing a non-dangerous animal just moots the risk of injury in the first instance, and then staying in the dark about the animal's conduct gives you a defense if it surprises everyone by acting viciously (landlord knowledge of any dangerous animal conduct could result in liability). 

I don't have Home Depot in my area but I use a common color with a Satin finish.
