It weeds out the less serious applicants.Thoroughly vet all applicants and ask for work samples (ad copy, graphics, research, etc.) and references.Review the work samples to determine if they can accomplish your tasks.If they will be doing phone customer service, schedule a call with them and have some relevant questions prepared.Contact their references!

I had first tried putting my website together myself with Dreamweaver (I have some experience with graphic design and building websites as a hobby), then switched to a Wordpress based site, then subscribed to RealInvestorWebsites.com for the simplicity of it and how easy it is to set up new sites and customize them.

I've never heard of a tenant stealing one- although anything is possible with tenants.Washer dryer hook-ups are a good sales point.It seems strange to me, but a cute sink in the bathroom gets a rave reaction.

I visited a friend in San Diego a couple of months ago and she was living in a tiny bungalow in bad shape, but in a cute neighborhood close to the zoo, and she said that their landlord wouldn't sell it for less than $400k, so I can see how a house that's only 10% of that must seem like a tear-down in a slum, but it's not. :-) 3.
