Afternoon fellow BP investors, I recently found a property out of state and wanted to know how did you handle GC when you're not physically about to see the progress or lack there of?

Surprisingly i have an uncle that i recently found out who is in REI,  though he only has one rental and is doing the buy and hold method.

I've just gone thru this on a similar deal and spent lots of time at city meetings convincing them the house did not need to demo.   

Aloha,I've been wanting to dive into REI for some time now and I've just sold my first property a few months ago for some capital to purchase a SFH on Oahu.

Many find something for sale, make up their own marketing sheet , mark it up , email blast it and call themselves a wholesaler,  its called flipping a contract, Good luck Sorry man, I did not know that I’ve just always heard it called that  

Not sure I'll have any luck here, but figured I'd throw it out....I've just moved from Australia back to Connecticut, and am in need of a short term rental (for a couple of months I'm hoping ), while I look for work, so that I can finance a mortgage. 

The only thing is, I’ve just recently turned 18.
