The city municipalities has been the most challenging in all of it, but we are patient and persistent.

The more information that you have out there the easier it is for people to find you, if you want them to find you.I almost everyday wear my "Rick Buys Houses" shirts with my phone number on it. 

We are looking to open up the wall and then raise the floor and plumb 2 heated and cooled air duct lines to the room.
