I'm a full time musician in NYC and am looking to buy a rental property in Berkshire County (Western MA), which is where I'm from and also where I eventually want to settle down.  

He's a musician, she had dreadlocks and they both worked as bartenders.

That money I can use to get my real estate business going.Being a self-employed musician is tuff with the big banks.

So I had a $1,000 mortgage, and $1650 coming in from musician/friend roommates, and I was living for free and living my dream life, working as a musician in Nashville.

I've also been an accidental landlord (the aforementioned rental house), and I manage a property for my parents as well as the duplex in which I currently live, so I'm a relative newbie but not completely inexperienced.I have fantastic credit, but not much in the way of verifiable income (self-employed musician=lenders run screaming).

I went to FSU and I am a musician.
