Choosing a lender for cash out refi on personal home
I am interested in applying for a Cash-Out- Refi. That money I can use to get my real estate business going.
Being a self-employed musician is tuff with the big banks. I recently had a conversation with an online lender who claims to work well with self employed, good rates and fast closing. I just have a problem doing this online. Not being able to sit across the table from the person makes me a bit nervous.
Does anyone have experience dealing with an online lender doing a cash out refi on your personal home. Thanks
