If there is rooftop space or land- lease garden plots Aloha,Some good ideas here, and in particular vending machines, particularly if you buy the machines and stock them yourself.

Vending machines?

There is definitely a value add component, such as vending machines, play are for kids and converting the coin machine to an electronic system as well as just some cosmetic updating to make the business more appealing.

You can charge for that, and take reservations online.Put some vending machines inside it, and add even more revenue streams.Give local swim instructors pricing on using your pool for their lessons, and allow them to market to the residence in the community.
