It is unlawful for any licensed real estate broker, or broker-salesperson or salesperson to offer, promise, allow, give or pay, directly or indirectly, any part or share of his or her commission, compensation or finder’s fee arising or accruing from any real estate transaction to any person who is not a licensed real estate broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson, in consideration of services performed or to be performed by the unlicensed person.

Yesterday he went to inspect the repairs and they were not completed or were done by an unlicensed professional.

He was out with his dog when he was struck by another car driven by an unlicensed driver who happened to be an undocumented immigrant and drunk at the time. 

Did you hire the unlicensed contractor knowing they were unlicensed or did they misrepresent themselves?

Does a person renting vacation rentals as a property manager in florida required to have a license?  Are they responsible for paying the taxes for the short term rentals.  What if this person is advertising a business...

Unlicensed granted .. but none the less brokers.

Are you putting your license at risk working with unlicensed wholesalers?

@Dan Roma Here in MA (and it might be nationwide) it is illegal for a licensed person to pay an unlicensed person.As a Realtor, I'd rather walk away from a deal if it meant violating the law to get it.

I am sure many have noted the number of unlicensed brokers trying to middle-man deals.
