cool.. i was hoping (being an agent in biz with them) that the estimates would have improved to at least as good as trulia etc if not better.. instead i'm seeing them as 'unavailable' altogether; perhaps as a sort of countermeasure - they can't be inaccurate if unavailable, guess!
