My wife and I are new to the forum and have been listening to the show over the past six months, and we have been motivated by all the success stories from you all!

Lets say for argument sake, that I rent out one unit long term for $2000 monthly unfurnished, the other unit, I live in so I only rent out one room for $1000 all bills paid.  

I ended up signing with them as well - 3 months in to the lease so far and it's going well.

Monthly Rent Roll is right at $11,000.00.

I haven't seen much said about them but I'm satisfied with what I've experienced.. they've made me money and I collect rent every month.   

Their lease is 6 month term with a same rate month to month however, their insurance states the rebuild of their home and fire investigation efforts are going to take 12-18 months. 

I net about 3.5-5k a month(depending on airbnb) after all expenses including my primary residence and utilities there.I have built up a good amount of equity in the houses due to the renos I've done mostly myself and also from buying low during covid.

I am new to rental appartment so wanted to get some advice, if I build a 7 unit appartment for $700,000, say mortgage of  $4000 per month.

I spend $90 a month for one LLC, and $50 for another.

This worked out to just under 4 months of available listing inventory in both the greater metro and the city itself.
