That's what I hear from local transplants anyways. 

I enjoyed the weather and quality of life there but with the thousands of transplants moving in to Colorado in the past 7 years, I would rather leave and not have to deal with the skyrocketing rent or mortgage prices.  

There has also been a lot of growth in terms of businesses moving here that are transplanting workers from higher cost of living cities.

From what I read and hear, with the huge increase in out of state transplants, Idaho is becoming more liberal as well. 

I think it is low interest rates, pent up demand, low inventory, inflow of California transplants, and needed housing.Youtube opinions and blogs, all say housing will change in Dec'20 or start downward cycle in Q1 2021.
