I would also install sweeps on the inside of all doors on the bottom and redo the insulation (I can't remember the name-but the squishy stuff on the door frame that creates a seal when the door is closed).

Sweeping the nation.. there is a proposed bill in NY allowing tenants 90 days of FREE RENT those landlords are going ballistic.Oregon is well Oregon..

Yes I hosed out the house , sprayed the ceiling , walls , everything and just kept sweeping the brown water out the door . 

But to have such sweeping legislature and pressure placed upon property owners as a whole to give up some or all of their income for an indefinite amount of time is crazy.
