The rest of your knowledge will need to be built the old fashioned way - driving neighborhoods, reviewing current market offerings regularly, meeting with investors, and keeping up to date on neighborhood projects and subtle changes.

Even one slightly more aggressive thing you could do, but subtle enough to not be over the top IMO, would be if you have a decent rider then at the end you could hand them your RE business card and tell them if that you appreciate their business and if they ever need a ride or you can help them with anything else feel free to give you a call.

The trend right now is white subway tile or a subtle Carrara marble tile.
