Why would anyone pour their time, energy, and wisdom into a complete stranger?

Referrals are generally better than complete strangers. 

Throwing three sets of strangers in a house without a host onsite is a recipe for disaster.Guests who rent rooms tend to cause more problems than guests who rent entire places.

lol this is no longer 1995 ,  by having open house every weekend potential buyer could just visit the property without even a buyer agent. especially in market with price above 700k and home for sell per zip code is less than 5 , there would be lot of traffic without even buyer agent, if buyer want to buy and have no agent the listing agent can take it all Many sellers don't want a bunch of strangers walking through their home, though.

Because saying you own multiple “units” is supposed to impress your friends or random strangers on the internet in a way saying I have a healthy mix of stocks and bonds doesn’t.

You will be much better off just buying any house from any stranger on the market than buying it from them.All investors out there, consider yourselves warned of this company.
