I have spent the past month listening to podcasts, watching the webinars, reading the free materials and blogs as well as analyzing deals in my area anxiously waiting to find my first deal as I have been approved for financing and have some cash.My goal initial goal is to purchase SFRs or duplexes that cash flow around $1,000 per month and also to sprinkle in some fix and flips.
