I had it in the rotation with Entrepreneur on Fire, a few other notables podcasts but I found myself always coming back to BP for my long trips.I "fell" into a tri-plex buy about a year ago, and have been obsessed ever since.  

Reserve cabinet in kitchen for each room and set a schedule for clean up.. rotate chore chart, like week 1 ,,room one does bathrooms, room 2 does all vacuuming, room 3 all trash out to curb, room 4 mowing and rotate.. 

Then keep rotating it over and over again.

Also, luckily i work a crazy rotating schedule at work so my job allows me to have ample time off each month.

For investors like us, might be time to rotate to something else. 

Usually for someone that has a caregiver living in the unit with the disabled person we would require that the company employees were screened for criminal by that company,we listed as tenant #2 on the lease as  "Authorized caregiver of XXX Company Name" as tenant #2, as a caregiver, because they usually wouldn't stay the entire day with the person, this permitted a rotation for the caregivers and worked out fine for us, as the caregiver wasn't financially responsible for the rent. 

Military personal rotate in and out of Beaufort annually, bi-annually and tri-annually. 

@Hersh M.In my case, $700 a month for tax, $350 for HOA, $50 Insurance.... zero vacancy, tenant rotation every 3-5 years, vacancy time during turn over is like 3 days to 2 weeks.... maybe $500 ish a year in repair.... for $4500 monthly rent....

I'm also an avid podcast consumer - BP hits my rotation weekly, among other REI-focused blogs.
