You do not need a license in most place in FL :)  Some local areas require registration which is mostly rubber stamp.

As a heads up, we have updated the registration option on your second screenshot to be more clear about what the BPCON Additional Attendee and Adult (No Content) options detail. 

The ADA says true service animals do not require registration, nor can I ask to see it even if they do have it.
