Residential for commercial, raw land for industrial, multi family for single family all work.  

The large metro areas continue to grow outward, and for developers interested in building subdivisions needing larger tracts, the raw land on the outskirts of the city is frequency zoned agricultural (and actually being used as such). 

I have quartz for my own house, but I know I won’t be cutting raw chicken on it, not so sure about tenants.

I’m really into value add real estate strategies, buy and hold, raw land, trailer parks, tiny homes, micro units, agriculture, sub-to, creative finance. 

I have 55 acres of raw available land with good road frontage in Wills Point Texas.

Buying raw land to develop scares me.

Equal raw land in area is selling for 75-100k just for the land.

I've done ground up development and building, redevelopment, fix/flip, private lending, non performing note workouts, buy/hold rentals, raw land speculating, and probably more if I really thought about all the deals I've done.  

One thing that caught my eye was Raw Land investing.

@Derrick Holmes, first off, welcome to BP the bestest of all REI sites...I would commence by warning you off of land, as an investor that bought, sold, rehabbed, subdivided and rezoned land both raw and improved, it's by far the trickiest of all real estate endeavors; HENCE more rewarding.
