It's called "pyramiding" and a lot of states do it (Ohio, Washington, New York telecom, etc.)

It can't be only me that thinks this sounds a little like a pyramid.

The other aspects of residential agency that I do not like: the over-leverage of personal relationships, the broker pyramid structure, and the compromising commision structure.

"Turn Key" has been around since before the great pyramids of Egypt were built. 

Amway is a MLM pyramid scheme, take that for what it's worth.

It's a pyramid scheme, essentially.

And remember in any MLM the top of the pyramid those folks make boat loads of money on all the ants below them I am not anti paid coaching but it think reality has to come into play as others have stated Account Closed  its takes more than a course to be successful at real estate.

Paying for wholesaling coaching or mentoring is just ripping money up and telling everyone you like to be involved in pyramid schemes.

As I share/instruct with my client's this is where there life changes, once they hit point to start Pyramiding, it's the ultimate compound returns metric.
