I grew up in Hinsdale but I doubt that has numbers that work.In Texas, how about Plano?

I live in Plano and any institution in the surrounding communities would be greatly appreciated.

In between flips, I thought of diversification to other regions and I invested in Plano, TX,   South FL & OH. 

Over the past couple of months, I've been listening to the BP podcasts and reading the recommended books from there to educate myself.I currently own a home in Plano, Texas and rent out the spare rooms in it to pay the mortgage, but I'm growing tired of having roommates.  

I'll be out at the end of the month, and we're headed down to Plano (Richardson, actually) to start a new chapter in our lives.We're looking to start investing in buy-and-hold SFRs in the North Texas area in the next 6 months.

I do know of an in-person Meetup in Plano next week (Aug 8) though.

I know central Dallas with Frisco and Plano are quite expensive.

I am looking at properties around $250,000 ARV or below and anywhere in Plano, Garland, Wylie, Sachse, Murphy and parts of Dallas.
